Ideal hotel with polite staff when the manager arrives and excellent Wi-Fi. Brand-new standard room, extremely comfy beds. Absolutely perfect location in Panorama hill and easy access to supermarkets and shops. Again, not far from Gazibegendi Turkish Women's Union Park.

The location of the hotel is also a plus, being a 15-minute walk to the city center and Marina beach. Another positive aspect is the service provided by Jackie from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and helpful staff who make you feel welcome.

One negative aspect is the weak and unreliable Wi-Fi connection, especially during peak hours.

The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and spotless, it had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The team provided an exceptional service. The pool was very clean, I enjoyed it. The location in a perfect area was absolutely perfect and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Had lunch/dinner at Porteras Restaurant, which I found at a medium distance from the hotel.

city hill definitely exceeded my expectations during this crab fest in kusadasi. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay seamless. the pool was superb and the view of the marina and harbor was fantastic.

Dinner could be hit or miss.

Location just next door to the hill with exceptional views of the marina as well as the centre with loads of shops. Nice food and carbonated drinks.
